Mr. S. N. Mohanty brings over three decades of experience across corporate affairs, compliance, corporate governance, legal, commercial, procurement, audit, HR and admin, insurance, information technology, finance and taxation, and business development. He holds a Master's in Commerce, is a qualified Company Secretary and Cost and Management Accountant, and holds a degree in Law. Mr. Mohanty also serves as a Director on the board of Seamec International FZE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Seamate Shipping FZC, a step-down subsidiary, and is entrusted with the operations of overseas subsidiaries and business development.
Mr. Deepansh Mathur has completed post graduation, Masters of Science in International Business from Hult International Business School, Dubai. He has 5 years of experience in the Commercial Management and Post Fixture Activities in the Dry Bulk Sector of the international shipping industry. Mr. Deepansh Mathur has worked in the management and taken various roles in the Ship Industry Analysis, Strategic Planning, Project Feasibility Analysis and Studying of Project Investment Proposal.
Mrs. Simoni Kanani is the Principal Officer at SEARETE INDIA IFSC PRIVATE LIMITED. She is a dynamic and committed professional with over a decade of experience across the secretarial, legal and governance domains, and currently also serves as Assistant General Manager (Legal) and Assistant Company Secretary at SEAMEC Limited, with experience spanning private, public and listed entities across diverse industries. She has previously been associated with organisations including Hinduja Global Solutions Limited and Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors Private Limited. Simoni is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Master's in Law from O.P. Jindal Global University.
Mr. Moksh Chokshi has completed a Bachelor's in Business from St. Clair College, Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He is currently working with SEARETE INDIA IFSC PRIVATE LIMITED and has 6 months of experience in the financial services sector at GIFT City. In his current role, he is involved in operational and compliance-related activities, supporting business operations and regulatory processes. He has developed practical knowledge in corporate operations, documentation, and business administration, while contributing to the efficient functioning of the organization.
